Todd Goldstein is a Cleveland entrepreneur and “foodie” who has spent the last decade helping entrepreneurs get their start. In 2011, Goldstein was diagnosed with gluten intolerance which began his hunt for gluten-free products. When his sons were born in 2015 and 2017, they were also diagnosed with gluten-intolerance, increasing his desire to create a gluten-free treat the whole family could enjoy.
Todd and his team recognized that the cookie dough market was a growing trend but still left those with allergies in the raw. Too often we hear that healthful food sacrifices on taste and texture. So, Whoa Dough took their time using a lot of community feedback, and after a year-and-a-half of research & development in July of 2019 — WHOA DOUGH was launched! Additionally in 2020, after a year of listening to your consumer feedback over social media, at in-store demos, and at expos, WD has made 4 key changes to our cookie dough bars AND created a new flavor for all our chocolate lovers! Our delicious bars are now Vegan, include more allergy-friendly ingredients, contain fewer calories, and have texture even MORE like homemade cookie dough!
Whoa Dough now has six flavors: chocolate chip, sugar cookie, sugar cookie with sprinkles, peanut butter, peanut butter chocolate chip, and the new brownie batter chocolate chip!
The bars can be enjoyed chilled, on-the-go, or baked at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
