Recipe: Whoa Dough’s Spring Shakes

No better ending to a long day than a sweet shake am I right? As the weather gets warmer and the days get sunnier a milkshake is the perfect, refreshing treat to satisfy your sweet tooth. Whoa Dough has highlighted a few of our favorite milkshake recipes that are all gluten free, vegan and allergy friendly just like our bars! Each shake has less than five ingredients making it super quick, easy & delicious! 


Sugar Cookie Dough Milkshake

Ingredients

1-2 Whoa Dough Sugar Cookie Dough Bars 

1/2 cup of ice 

3 scoops of vegan vanilla ice cream

1 cup dairy free milk (oat or almond milk work great!)

Dairy free whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add your ice, ice cream, and dairy free milk into a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth. 
  2. Crumble up the Whoa Dough Bar and add to the blender. Blend on the lowest setting for about 20 seconds. 
  3. Pour milkshake into your favorite glass. 
  4. Feel free to add a few additional chopped up pieces of your Whoa Dough bar on top, along with a dollop of dairy free whipped cream and enjoy!

Peanut Butter Banana Milkshake

Ingredients

1 Whoa Dough Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Bar 

1 frozen banana

2 scoops of vegan vanilla ice cream

1 cup dairy free milk (oat or almond milk work great!)

2 Tbsp Peanut butter 

Dairy free whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add your frozen banana, ice cream, peanut butter and dairy free milk into a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth. 
  2. Crumble up the Whoa Dough Bar and add to the blender. Blend on the lowest setting for about 20 seconds. 
  3. Pour milkshake into your favorite glass.
  4. Feel free to add a few additional chopped up pieces of your Whoa Dough bar on top, along with a dollop of dairy free whipped cream and a drizzle of peanut butter and enjoy!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough MilkShake 

Ingredients

1 Whoa Dough Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bar 

1 frozen banana

2 scoops of vegan vanilla ice cream

1 cup dairy free milk (oat or almond milk work great!)

Dairy free chocolate chips

Dairy free whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add your frozen banana, ice cream and dairy free milk into a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth. 
  2. Crumble up the Whoa Dough Bar and add to the blender. Option to add a spoonful of dairy free chocolate chips for an extra bit of chocolatey goodness! Blend on the lowest setting for about 20 seconds. 
  3. Pour milkshake into your favorite glass. 
  4. Feel free to add a few additional chopped up pieces of your Whoa Dough bar on top, along with a dollop of dairy free whipped cream and a sprinkle of chocolate chips and enjoy!
