A Delicious Day of Dough: Breakfast, Snack & Dessert Ideas!

Who says cookie dough doesn’t belong in every meal of the day? Not us! Whoa Dough’s cookie dough effectively combines sweet-treat flavor AND feel-good nutrition in each and every bar. Each small but mighty Whoa Dough bar is the best of both worlds—all without junk, artificial ingredients or compromise. Simply gluten free, vegan, protein enhanced and less than 10 grams of sugar so it can be enjoyed anytime, anywhere completely guilt free.

Breakfast:

Top it off with Whoa Dough!

Yes… you heard it here first: cookie dough for breakfast! The combination of chickpea and oat flour provides 4-5 grams of protein for each bar making it the perfect way to kick start the day on a sweet note. Here are just a few of the ways you can create a balanced breakfast with Whoa Dough!

Start by choosing your favorite Whoa Dough flavor. Unwrap the bar and cut it into tiny, bite sized pieces. Then sprinkle it on top of your oatmeal, smoothie bowl or yogurt parfait for the perfect touch of sweetness.

Snack:

Chilled Whoa Dough Bars

One of our favorite ways to enjoy Whoa Dough is chilled straight from the refrigerator. You can store our bars in the refrigerator for convenience or pop one in just thirty minutes before you are ready for a delicious mid-afternoon pick me up. It’s truly that simple!

Cookie Dough Pretzel Bites

If you can't decide whether you’re craving sweet or salty, why not have both! Whoa Dough’s cookie dough pretzel bites are the sweet and petite treat that is bound to satisfy your cookie dough cravings. All you need to do is simply take your Whoa Dough bar and cut it into pieces approximately the same size as your pretzels. Then take two pretzels per cookie dough piece and smush them around the Whoa Dough chunks like little pretzel sandwiches. If you’re feeling extra fancy, you can melt some dairy free chocolate in the microwave and dip each pretzel sandwich into the chocolate until it is fully covered. Put the chocolate covered pretzel bites into the refrigerator for a few minutes until the chocolate coating has hardened. Just like that, you have chocolate covered cookie dough pretzel bites!

Dessert:

The perfect ending to a great day.

Warm Cookie

Enjoy Whoa Dough baked as a warm, gooey cookie. Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees and lining your baking sheet with parchment paper. Next, roll your favorite flavor Whoa Dough into a ball and press it flat with your palm on the lined baking sheet. Place the baking sheet into the oven for 8-10 minutes and enjoy!

Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich

Take our last recipe and make it ice cream! All you have to do for this cookie dough concoction is take two of your favorite flavor Whoa Dough baked cookies, pack ice cream in the middle, and stick ‘em together. Whoa! Now you’ve got yourself a bona fide Whoa Dough ice cream sandwich. You also always have the option of making your Whoa Dough ice cream sandwich with refrigerated cookie dough bars instead of baking them in the oven. In this case you would pre-refrigerate your Whoa Dough bars before adding ice cream to assure that your ice cream sandwich is as frosty as can be!
