Directions

1. Preheat oven to 325°F

2. Let the Whoa Dough cookie dough thaw until softened

3. Place cookie dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving the cookie in the center of the baking sheet (allowing room for expansion)

4. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown

5. Let cool

6. For each sandwich cookie, spread 1 tablespoon frosting on bottom of 1 cookie. Top with second cookie, bottom side down; press together gently

7. Roll cookie sandwiches in candy sprinkles to cover edge of frosting center

8. Store loosely covered and enjoy!
